Terms of Service

Overview

These Terms govern your use of ADDEMALL ("the service"). By creating an account or using the product, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

We try to write terms a person can read. If something is unclear, write to the contact at the bottom — we will either clarify on the page or to you directly.

The service

The service is a personal financial tool, not professional tax, legal, or investment advice. The numbers it shows are your own — read them, but confirm with a qualified professional before filing or making a financial decision.

• A personal financial-data workspace organised around user-defined "Money Makers" (each representing a distinct way you make money — a job, a freelance practice, a rental, and so on).
• Per-Money Maker Made / Spent / Kept accounting, a configurable Tax Vault per Money Maker, and an All Together roll-up view.
• Invoicing for clients and outstanding-receivable tracking.
• PDF export of statements and summaries, stored in our document store on your behalf.
• A plain-English "read" of your numbers generated from your own data.

Demo data disclaimer

New workspaces are seeded with a small set of synthetic ledger rows and transactions. These rows are illustrative only — they are not real customers, real banks, or real money, and any resemblance to actual people or accounts is incidental.

The plain-English reads and the All Together view will reference these seeded rows until you delete them. Demo data is fully removable from the workspace.

Bank feeds and the Plaid Sandbox

ADDEMALL integrates bank data through Plaid. The integration is currently connected in Plaid Sandbox mode. In Sandbox mode ADDEMALL does not accept production bank credentials, does not initiate any real ACH or wire movement, and does not store real bank balances.

Sandbox balances, transactions, and account names are synthetic and are provided by Plaid for development purposes. You should not rely on Sandbox data for any real financial decision.

When we move bank feeds to production Plaid access we will inform you in advance, request explicit re-consent in the linking flow, and update these Terms to reflect the new processor terms.

Your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used to harm other users or the service. We will explain why in writing when we do.

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including entries made by a shared read-only seat (such as your accountant) on paid tiers.
• Tell us promptly at the contact address below if you believe your account has been compromised.

Paid tiers and billing

Paid tiers (Maker, Pro, Studio) are billed through the Stripe Connect account operated on behalf of ADDEMALL. You authorise the recurring or one-time charges at checkout; prices are stated in USD and computed server-side at the moment of purchase.

You can cancel a subscription at any time from the billing surface in your dashboard; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current period. The full billing disclosure is presented at checkout.

Acceptable use

We may rate-limit or block usage patterns that look abusive; we will tell you when we do unless doing so would tip off an active attack.

• Do not use ADDEMALL for any illegal activity.
• Do not enter data that you do not have the right to enter — for example, real personal data about someone else without their consent.
• Do not attempt to access other users’ data, probe the service for vulnerabilities, or interfere with its operation.
• Do not scrape, redistribute, or commercially resell ADDEMALL output without our written permission.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We can suspend or terminate the service or your access to it with at least 30 days notice (less if we have to act urgently for security or abuse reasons). When the service ends, you will be able to export your data before access closes.

No professional advice

ADDEMALL is a personal financial tool. Nothing in the service — including the plain-English reads, the All Together view, the Tax Vault suggestions, or the PDF exports — constitutes tax, legal, accounting, or investment advice. Confirm any filing or financial decision with a qualified professional.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its output will be accurate in every circumstance.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADDEMALL’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction.

Changes to these Terms

When we make a material change we will surface a banner on the dashboard, update the "Last updated" date below, and — for changes that meaningfully broaden our rights or narrow yours — give you at least 30 days to review before the new terms take effect.
